day 7 DECEMBER

In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.

 For many people, night time is a time of torment; they are unable to sleep due to illness, loneliness,  pain, guilt of past sins and hopelessness of their situations.

The enemies hide under the cover of darkness and shoot their arrows.

For, behold, the wicked bend the bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string to shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.

But those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

 I lie down and sleep, and all night long the LORD protects me.

"You can enjoy the protection of the Almighty, if you get rid of your sins, and leave all iniquity behind you."

I WILL LIE DOWN AND SLEEP IN PEACE PSALMS 3:5

Reconcile now with God through Jesus Christ and be at peace with Him; then things will go well for you.

Then your face will brighten with innocence. You will be strong and free of fear.

Your life will be brighter than the noonday. Even darkness will be as bright as the morning. You will no longer be afraid of darkness.

Though an army of the enemy encamp around you, your heart will not fear because Jesus is in you.

Though war break out against you, keep your trust and focus on God; for the Holy Spirit is in you to wade off the powers; operating in the dark against you.

 You will live secure and full of hope; God will protect you and give you rest.

Having hope will give you courage and renew life within you.

When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you rest, your sleep will be sweet.

You will sleep without fear and be greatly respected. God will protect you and you will rest in safety.

God will free us from the cords of the ungodly.

Now that we are free let us have no fellowship with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.

Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the light consists of all goodness, righteousness, and truth.

Since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of our hope of salvation.

PRAYER PETITIONS

1)Lord thank You for your protection over me. Be merciful unto me. Forgive me for secret sins and unfaithfulness over the years. Free me from every entanglement with powers of darkness.

2)Lord please restore me to fellowship with you and separate me from the evil works of darkness.

3) Deliver me from the evils of the night. Give me power to triumph over the battle of the night.

PRAY FERVENTLY

4) Free me from everything that is depriving me of sleep: sickness, loneliness and attacks.

5) Lord restore to me whatever the enemy has taken away from me under the cover of darkness. G ive peace to me and my land; let me lie down in peace with nothing to fear. Rid my life of night dangers and satanic sword.

6)Let my focus be on You.Deliver me from the spirit of fear. Rid my soul of every evil seed planted into my life in the night time.

LORD May I receive your answer to my prayers in Jesus Name (amen)
